Teachers training
The teachers of the Marpaling benefit from an Indian pedagogic training.
To complete their knowledge, the RZA regularly brings European teachers who propose various on-site workshops for several weeks. Those workshops are designed for teachers as well as students. They can be in music, English, mathematics, computer sciences or physical education.
Thus, the teachers make the most of their colleague’s experience and are initiated to new pedagogic techniques. This transcultural approach is appreciated by both sides.
The RZA encourages these exchanges and tries to target them more precisely, according to the people who volunteer from one year to the next, for the biggest benefit of everybody.
