The projects
In an area like Zanskar, there are plenty of projects to improve the everyday life of the population and to give it some tools to adapt to the unavoidable changes of society.
The priority of the RZA is above all an education in the respect of the Himalayan population traditions and their environment. But other projects are regularly launched according to the needs.
No matter what, every project lead by the association must satisfy three conditions:
The project must
- Answer to a demand of the local population and match with a real need in a sustainable development spirit.
- Be lead by skilled people who will ensure its execution out from A to Z
- Be financially covered by the donation received by the association
