The Rigzen-Zanskar Association (RZA) is a Swiss NGO engaged since 1998 in Zanskar, a high valley situated in the Indian Himalayas. It deals with various projects aiming to improve the life conditions of the villagers, to support their skills and autonomy, in the respect of the local culture and the sustainable development principles. Its seminal project is the Marpaling School of the Stongday village
